We use a vegetable protein that neutralizes the enzymes that cause odor to a simple salt. Free of aluminum or bacteriacides that have been a concern with long term use. This vegetable based deodorant is both effective and an alternative to those who do not use anti-perspirant.

smells great
I've used some natural deoderants in the past that I was allergic to, so I cautously tried this one. I love it - it's gentle and smells great. I do sometimes need to reapply later on in the day, but that doesn't bother me.
